We are looking for a home in the Princeton MN. school district. We need 3+ bedrooms and a garage. We are looking for a long term rental with the possibliity to eventually purchase the home. A fenced in yard would be nice but not needed. We have two very well behaved dogs for hunting. They can be kept outside we have two portable kennels, it is the home owners preference. Please no propane unless it is included in the rent or could be worked out that it would be figured in. We are budgeting for 775.00 to 975.00 a month.
