Young Couple Looking For Area To Rent

[Thought we had found a place, but they backed out on us, so posting again]

We are a young couple (18 & 19, soon to be married) WITH TWO CATS. (One is declawed, both fixed, are confined to a room now, so they wouldnt run the house. Never ruined any furniture, very well behaved, dont smell whatsoever).

We are looking to possibly move out into a new apartment with some room mates, or move into someones house & pay to rent out a room or a basement, etc. We have steady jobs, no smoking, no drinking, both still attending college.
We are very open to any kind of situation, we are just in need of a place to live. Agreements could be month to month or yearly.
