Our family of 4 lives in a great townhome in West Bloomington, we need to move to the #196 school district in Apple Valley. If you are looking to downsize we have a great 2 br 1-1/2 bath townhome in a quiet and very well kept up neighborhood! Also, right by Dred Scott fields where there are tons of walking paths, tennis courts and many other amenities. We need a home in Apple Valley that is around 300k or below in value.
We just need more space and our home is valued at around 190k.... (willing to negotiate!)
