I am looking for an unfurnished basement or lower level to rent. I am wanting to have my own furniture. Hate paying for storage.
Really looking for private bathroom also.
I am a 45, F, single, no kids or pets, dont smoke or do drugs, very neat and quiet. I am a very nice and shy person. I dont cook, so not in the kitchen much..LOL
I am not looking for a lease because I am applying all over for subsidized housing somewhere. I am on SS, but I do work PT.
Currently staying in Andover. So, henn or anoka county would be fine.
