I am a 27 year old male looking to rent a basement from someone living in the Woodbury area. College grad., full-time employment with a Fortune 500 company, travel often for work, currently going back to school for my MBA, if Im not working or doing homework Im usually at the gym. Looking for a living arrangement that is open to children I have a 2 year old whom I have overnight 2 nights per week. Other than that Im clean, organized, non-smoker, and financially responsible.
