Young professional couple seeking a CLEAN, PRIVATE, and CONVIENTLY LOCATED rental. We have rented a one bedroom upstairs apartment for a year and a half and have out grown the space. We NEED a space with CLOSETS & STORAGE SPACE. Wed prefer a cottage or a house, but would consider an apartment if it has a yard and is located on the ground level. We both work full time and then some. I work in retail management and I own a small fashion website on the side. My boyfriend works at a local college. We do have a small dog (pug) she is fully vaccinated, house trained and up to date on her heart worm & flea/tic medication. Yes, she barks. Not all day long, but if shes startled by another animal or by roudy neighbors she will bark for a few minutes. She sleeps most of the day while we are at work. Wed prefer a yard for her to run around in. We are very respectful tenants and neighbors and we expect the same treatment in return. We have been looking for a rental for quite a while now and have not found anything that suits all of our needs. Wed hate to waste more of our time and yours, so please send photos (inside and outside if available) with your reply, number of closets ( just a reminder: I do own a fashion website so I have a good amount of clothing/inventory that I need to take good care of), yard specifications, and how far away your rental is from the hudson valley mall or kingston/rhinecliff bridge. $900 is our max budget and I cannot haggle with you on the price unless MOST utilities are included, then we might be able to afford a little higher rent.
