I am a very quiet 47 year old male looking for a quiet duplex or half house in either safe suburb or outside of Rochester, even Wayne County in country setting if possible. i have a child at college and they will need some place to live during summer and breaks. I have never missed my rent and my hobbies include chess, fixing and building computers and trains. I need to find a good decent place to live by December 1st. I have had several car accidents not my fault that have caused me head injuries that have caused short time amensia and long time memory losses. I also have a bad back from whiplash and go to physcial therapy off and one. These accidents have caused me to have chronic fatigue that causes me to have to take naps during the day. Because of this I am disabled. I have tried to get a good apartment lately but have come against resistance. I live in a apartment complex in Macedon, Ny and it is extremely noisey which does not help when I need quiet. I live next to the playground and field where 20 or more children play. Children are great but there are just too many here at once. I am clean, do not destroy apartments and am very considerate of others. Please meet me and allow yourself to know I am decent before you just think of what others say of Section 8. To pass expection it only takes smoke detectors in all rooms and a stupid hose to be connected to the homes water heater. I could supply this if you dont know what it is. Light need to work, windows open and water turn off and on, it isnt really hard to pass. I also have a 6 pound dog who is very loveable and hypoallergenic. I have a girlfriend and she has her own apartment. The safer and quieter your apartments are remember that I am idea and would love to be a long time tenant. I will be willing to help move lawn if it isnt too big. I might also be able to help you with your computer. I have twoold computer degrees but because of these car accidents cant work. Remember me when you would like a tenant. My child was able to get almost a full scholarship and I am very proud and he need a home soon too. Think of me if you have an apartment that is what I need.
