Hi,
I am looking for either a 1BR, Studio or a roommate share with plenty of space and a private bathroom. As stated, I am moving December 1st, and I would like to find a place near either the Path train, or a decent bust to NYC. $1100 is my top amount, hopefully with a utility included, but Im sure things can be worked out.
About me: I am a 30 yr/old male with steady income and decent credit, non-smoking, respectful and clean. I would prefer to find a place in the Downtown Jersey City area (Grove St or Newport train), Hoboken, or Jersey City Heights (near Palisades Ave).
