Im interested in a housing swap. My 2000sq foot 1912 modern/asian renovated craftsman for your Equally nice apartment/house in NYC in an equally interesting neighborhood. I will be in NYC dec 1st thru june 1st.
The house is located in LA in the Silverlake neighborhood. Right near sunset junction. You can walk to shops and cafes. Off street parking. There is a tenant in the guest house. I have 2 outdoor cats that will prob stay with the house. The house was completely renovated in 2006. everything is brand new. All the amenities. central heat, air con, home theater, laundry. It is furnished with modern and furniture. 2 bedrooms including Giant 800 sq ft loft bedroom, office, living room dinning room There is a large lush garden in back with two huge decks. and a large front porch.
