Need a room for 1-3 months (returning from Iraq)

I am currently deployed overseas. When I return to the US around Christmas, I need a temporary place to stay that is furnished. I am looking for something month-to-month, because I may be re-deploying back to the Middle East within the timeframe listed in the title (1-3 months). I am willing to pay $650 for a furnished room with a shared bathroom, and will pay up to $800 with its own bathroom. I would prefer if these prices included utilities, but we could work that out. I was a full-time Pre-Med student at Saddleback and ended up back in the Middle East before transferring to UCI. I can pay you cash the day that I move in for the first 2 months, with the option to either pay to stay longer or receive back the remainder of the money if I have to re-deploy early. I am a white male, 29 years old, 63" tall. I am very laid back and have absolutely no drama in my life. I would prefer to come into a household with occupants that are the same.
