Seeking an Apartment/Condo/House for December 1st. Im a very dependable male with a stable job and a penchant for cleanliness - would make an ideal tenant. Here are some items Im searching for:
- 2 Bedroom / 2 or 2.5 Baths
- Located in Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, or anyplace close to Southcoast Plaza
- Ideally, includes fridge, stove, oven - and a nice kitchen.
- Both bedrooms have a reasonable amount of square feet.
- Its in a nice neighborhood. (Bonus if bedroom has a nice view!)
Other notes about me. I do not smoke, have no pets, and would love to see a picture of what you have to offer. Price is negotiable; I understand a nicer place will end up costing me more. I look forward to hearing what you have to offer. :)
