I have to say goodbye to my lovely 1 bedroom in Newport. The home owner is converting the unit. So, now Im looking.
Looking for quiet, spacious living in Newport, Huntington, or East side Costa Mesa. Beach close a plus. Dont drink, smoke, or party. No pets. Straight. Have a FULL TIME job with a great OC based company w/ references.
Looking for something private, not a big complex. $1300 is pretty much my max. But if there is a smoking deal out there, let me know.
