Hi! Were a couple in a little bit of an unusual situation. Were looking for a room to share anywhere in the Orange/Tustin/Santa Ana/Costa Mesa area. Were pretty quiet and we keep to ourselves mostly. Drugs/drama-free. We do occasionally drink (but not heavily). We would like a month-to-month lease (feel free to keep looking for a roommate while we live there- we have no problems with it). We will give you a two weeks notice. Wed prefer our own bathroom but its not a deal breaker. We do have a bit of a strange situation: one of us is a tattoo artist who occasionally works from home. That is a strange concept for some and would like someone who can accept that or at least tolerate it (hell, or even get a tattoo themselves!)
