Married couple + small short haired dog looking for a condo/granny flat near the beach to rent. Walking distance to the beach if possible, near San Clemente. Dog is very friendly and well trained. We work/travel frequently. Ideally (but not required) wed like to find a place with two bedrooms so that we could utilize one of the rooms as an office, two parking spaces would also be wonderful.
