Hi. My wife and I are looking for a house only. Not a town home, condo or apartment. It must have at least 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 car garage and little or no carpeting. We need it for at least 9 to 12 months possibly longer. No lease please. We can pay 3 times the rental amount as a deposit for 6 months as assurance that we can meet our financial obligations for the property. After the six months a refund of the 2/3 of the deposit or credit for 2 months rent will be due to us with the remaining third serving as the security deposit on the property. Their are only two of us with no pets, no children and we do not smoke or use drugs. My wife is a teacher and Im a computer IT guy. Scammers, spammers and agents need not respond. We would like to deal with owners or their proxies directly. We have great references from past landlords.
