Young Female looking for Luxurious Apartment or Townhome to Rent

I am a young female who is new to the Southern California area. My new job is located in Irvine & I am hoping to find an apartment or townhome to rent/sublet from someone in the Irvine area. I am willing to negotiate on the area, but ideally Id like to rent in the Irvine area.

I am extremely clean, well organized, no pets, no kids, no drama, I do not smoke or drink. Just a well rounded young woman who was raised in the Northern CA area. I am extremely new to this area, I have very few friends here so you will not need to be concerned about any parties or anything like that taking place.

The reason I am posting on here is that 4-5 years I defaulted on 2 credit cards (back when I was young & immature) and now its making it extremely difficult for me to rent anything here on my own. I have excellent rental history & I have never broken a lease. My current credit is impeccable & I can afford a place that ranges from $1,200-$2,500. My new job position pays extremely well, so I can afford more if necessary.

Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns. Ideally Id like to move into a place mid-November. Im willing to give a large deposit as well (for the right place)
