Hi,
Im looking to rent a room for the next 2 months somewhere close to Huntington Beach. Im currently staying with friends but want to give them back their space as soon as I can.
I am wanting to pay no more than $550 a month and would need the place to be furnished as I dont have any furniture with me.
Im really easy-going. I just want a place where I feel comfortable.
A little about me: Im 26/male/Australian. I am very clean and respectful. Would love to stay somewhere with room mates who are the same. Also I need a place thats smoke free.
Ideally Id like to find a place where I could reduce rent for work but doesnt have to be that way.
