My spouse and I are looking for a 2 bedroom house, townhouse, condo, or apartment to rent in Laguna Niguel. We would prefer a rental that is close to the Metrolink station (walking distance is ideal). Other prefences include: hardwood floors, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, spacious kitchen, parking for one car, and a top floor location (for a condo or apartment). Well be moving at the end of December or the beginning of January and will be looking at rentals over the Thanksgiving holiday.
