easy going young professional looking for a clean, responsible roommate that seriously needs to move to the Irvine, Costa Mesa, South County area.. Im also open to some parts of north county. Do not want to go further south than Missio Viejo or further north than Anaheim. There are a few nice homes in Lake Forest going for 1400-1600 range. Im in the real estate industry so have access to all the homes on the market for lease. I have good credit, you should too.. students welcome but younger professional preferred. 420 friendly is Okay.
