Im posting to see if I have any luck in searching for a Female roommate(s)/housemate(s) to share a home. I will try to be as detailed as possible:
- looking to move around Jan 2010
- a newer apartment / condo / house in south OC, preferably Cosa Mesa, Irvine, Newport Beach, Tustin, Orange, Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Laguna Hills
- I will need my own private bath
- Looking not to spend over $750 for rent, with utilities included
- Need Wireless internet, but I dont care for cable etc as I dont really watch T.V
- Need washer/dryer in unit
- OK with occasional overnight guest (not more than 1 person at a time) I have a boyfriend who might spend 3-4 nights out of the month.
I need a roommate(s) who is quiet and respectful. I am somewhat of a neat freak, I like my surroundings to be clean. I dont care about your room as long as it doesnt start making the rest of the place smell. I usually lock myself in my room when I get home from work and will come out only to eat or cook. Id like my roommate to be my "friend" but also understand that I need my own space. No drama please as I do not handle drama well.
I do not mind if there are 2-3 people living in one place as long as I have my own private bath and room.

- works full time job and going back to school part time next year
