Single mom with limited income with a 5yr old girl and a high risk newborn with respiratory disabilities, desperately needs to rent an unfurnished room in a family home preferred or with a single parent. Home must be clean and dust/pet/smoke free. Will also work out an arrangement to help with housekeeping and or babysitting. Utilities included, must have own bathroom.
Would prefer a room someplace close to an elementary school (walking distance) and also CHOC Hospital as baby has alot of specialist appointments .
