I am looking a place to call home in East side Costa Mesa, Newport Beach or Corona del Mar for around $700 / month. I am open to moving in with you or finding a new place together. I would prefer not living in a giant apartment complex, but I am open if the situation is right. . I have lived with males and females, so either is okay. I’d prefer to live with people in the mid 20’s to young 30’s who are similar to me. I am a 27-year-old male born and raised in Southern California. I graduated from UCI in 2004. I am a teacher and coach who loves playing and watching all sports. I am honest, clean, responsible and trustworthy and would expect the same in all housemates and guests. I like to keep a clean place, but I am not a neat freak or OCD. I am very mellow, easy-going and drama free. I do like to go out on occasion, but I am not a wild and crazy party guy who brings the party home, but I like to have friends over, as any normal person would. I am 420 friendly. I have a 3-year-old, inside / outside, de-clawed cat that would come with me. I have enough furniture and kitchen appliances to furnish a small apartment, but can get rid of most of it, if nicer quality furniture is available. I currently have a small patio filled with tropical plants that I would need a place to put them, such as a yard, patio or deck. My main concern is finding a nice place and good people I feel comfortable with and can get along with. I am not in a hurry. I look forward to hearing from you.
