Who I am:
Single female 30s, employed, clean, respectful, quiet, and have no problem paying rent on time. I am a light cooker. I do not smoke, drink, do illegal drugs or have crazy parties. I am looking for my OWN ROOM (any size) and preferrably my OWN BATH to rent in SOUTH ORANGE COUNTY only.
What Im looking for:
Monthly rent for single room with its own bath for at most $500/month INCLUDING UTILITIES and INTERNET. My budget will not allow me to pay for the last months rent. I may decide not to stay for the whole month IF I decided to move out in the future. I do not think it is fair to have to pay for the whole month if I move out all my belongings before the end of the last month of my stay.
What I will do is pay the first months rent. This will be prorated of course. I can afford UP TO $500/month INCLUDING UTILITIES and internet access. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE MY TIME IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT $500/months rent including UTILITIES and internet.
