I am a 25 year old professional who currently lives, and works full time in HB for a financial services company. In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing, gym, with the occasional going out for dinner or drinks. On the weekends, I like to be active and go out with my friends on the peninsula/Main St., etc. I am not a big partier, nor can I handle much alcohol, but I do know how to have a good time when it is called for. I am described as nice, caring, fun, and you can almost always catch me laughing. :) I pay my bills on time, and very responsible. No drama, and no drugs.
I have one 3 yr old cat. He is very docile, sociable, sweet, and clingy, especially with me. When I come home from work, he usually follows me around the house and will sleep with me at night. I would like to have him when I move, but if I find a good place that does not allow him, I do have arrangements for him to live with someone else. If you have other pets, thats fine. I enjoy all animals.
I am looking for a room/roommate in a house/apt/condo within the vicinity of HB, Newport, Fountain Valley, Westminster because I would like to stay close to work and the beach. I am willing to pay up to $750, but would prefer $600. I would prefer my own room and bathroom (if possible). I do not want to live with someone who stays at home with the TV permanently on, and themselves permanently glued to the couch, and, who likes to put others and myself down to make themselves feel better. << my current roommates. Sorry, I am not 420 friendly. No judgement, the smell just gives me a headache. I would like to live with someone who is friendly, positive, and likes to enjoy what life has to offer.
