Young Professional Looking For Room

Im looking for a room near the Irvine/Spectrum area for 500 a month with utilities not exceeding 50 dollars a month.

Im a laid back single 26 year old male that doesnt smoke, do drugs, drink heavily, or own any pets. Im going to be working a night shift at a local software company, so you would have to be okay with me coming home at 4am every morning. I make sure to keep the common areas clean and Im pretty easy to get along with. If you have dogs or cats its okay, I grew up with pets. Im okay with living with a couple, but please no children. I would prefer to live with college or med students or other young professionals.

Ive lived in apartments and houses before and I have to say that Im really looking for a room in a house this time.

If you can imagine a triangle as having Fountain Valley, Tustin and Mission Viejo as the points, thats the area Im looking to live in. Dont bother contacting me about any places near the beaches or Anaheim.
