Newly separated, single mom of a 18 month old baby girl is looking for a nice place to live. I am loooking to live in Orange County and am looking to rent a 2 bedroom 1 or 2 bath condo with a washer/dryer, and refrigerator in a nice, safe area. I dont need to rent a room. I can pay $1200-$1400 a month. I have a good paying job. I am a teacher and have been employed with the same district for 7 years. Due to my husband, my credit is shot because my he couldnt find or keep a job. I can afford a $500 deposit . I am someone who knows to pay the rent first and my current landlord will give me a good reference. I have a baby so I am pretty clean and take care of things. I can move in November 15th or later if needed. I hope to find someone who can look beyond these circumstances and rent to a good tenant and her daughter.
