Young professional couple looking for short term lease

We are a young professional couple who have been renting an Irvine townhome for three years. Our landlord recently sold the unit and we need to be out asap. We have a well behaved pug and cat and have references from our current and past landlords. We are looking for a short term rental as we are now looking for a home to buy. We would need to move by the end of Nov/beginning of December. We would like a 4 month lease with the option of going month-to-month after that. Willing to consider areas as far south as Irvine and as far north as Long Beach. Will consider furnished or unfurnished.
