Im a 19 year old male/female in need of a room. I smoke weed, crack, shoot up and my sweet and awesome boyfriend/girlfriend will be getting out of jail and will stay overnight sometimes and I want to live in your home for little or no rent. My BFF in the world will stop over on a regular basis, she has some of the best weed around, and when you are not home we will probably start dealing out of your house since you are in a prime location. I will tell you that I can do child care or home repairs so that you will let me move in but Im really lazy and once I have my foot in the door I will not do any of that stuff. Good luck getting rid of me after that.
I have a sweet dog named "Im gonna poop everyone on your carpet", a cat named "Im gonna pee everywhere on your carpet and maybe your couch", a bird named "Im gonna squawk all day and night" that I absolutely cannot live without and must come with me.
I am playing the system and all you working folks are paying for me to stay home so I really appreciate that. I get my checks and my food allowance monthly and that works out great for me. We do have a kid on the way so that will give us more money. We are thinking about maybe having 5 or 6 more kids so that we can move to a condo in downtown Seattle. We can gets lots of money from the government if we have lots of kids. I love this country.
You wont be able to have a life after we move in and we will probably steal some of your stuff and pawn it off for drugs or alcohol so no need to lock anything up as we will just break into it anyway. We do like to party all hours of the night and since we dont have jobs we dont need any sleep.
I cant pass a credit check since I defaulted on every thing I every owned but Im very responsible. I cant pass a background check since I have 2 felonies, but I have turned my life around within the last week so I am a good person.
Im trying to get back into school so I can finish my education. Ive only got one more year and then I can graduate from junior high and go into high school. High school kids are so cool. They have some good weed also if you get in with the right crowd. I dont think my age will matter as Im pretty smart and will probably graduate early.
I would need cable, internet, private bathroom with jacuzzi tub, walk in closet, king size bed, use of your vehicle and the fridge stocked with alcohol in order for me to consider moving in. I can afford $50 a month but would rather do work "wink, wink" instead of paying rent. If you are hot maybe we can work out some kind of "special" deal as my boyfriend/girlfriend does not mind.

Does this sound familiar to everyone. When I read between the lines in 99% of the posting this is the crap that I know will happen if I rent to anyone on CL.
