Room with bath in Eastside

Looking for a room with a private bath for my mother only on the Eastside near Redmond ,Kirkland and Bellevue area please.
She is an Active 70 year old who has some short-term memory loss but functions well living on her own
She goes to the senior center on a regular basis as well as going out with friends which includes walking, hiking and swimming.
She would like a roomate that loves to cook so she could help out with grocery cost and preparation at least 4x a week.
She loves animals and kids to socialize with and pretty much gets along with everyone!
She would also be back and forth to my home which is in Redmond area so she could be closer to her grandchildren and family.
Currently she lives too far away to be part of the family as much as she would like as she isnt driving.
Also I would be overseeing all of her bills which we can all discuss together once we agree upon a set price for rent and utility.
Looking for only non smoker as shes isnt. Having a few animals is fine as long as the house is clean smelling and organized. Please no night owls...
Looking for a Stable and Happy atmosphere for her!
