We are a family of 4 and have been searching Craigs List for a nice home to rent in the Kent/Covington area to raise our children.We currently own our home, however we have outgrown it so Grandpa is moving in and we are ready to move out! We are searching for a home in the Kent School district located on Kent East Hill area/Covington, with 3-4 bedrooms and an updated kitchen (very important for the wife!). We will make great tenants - we have excellent jobs, both have credit scores over 700, no criminal history, fantastic references, etc.
Heres what were looking for:
3+ Bedrooms
1800+SQ FT
A year long lease, with the ability to lease for at least 3 years (we dont want to find somewhere we really like and have to move in 2 years!). We would consider lease to own in the future but do not want that to be a requirement.
A home, not an apartment.
Great schools, close to Kent East Hill
Wishlist, but not required:
Either a jetted tub in the master or a hot tub.
We do not currently have any pets, however with two little boys wed like to have the option in the future.
Cul De Sac
We are available to move this weekend if the right opportunity presents itself, although we will not be available Saturday evening for Trick or Treating with the family.
