We are moving to Seattle in late November or Early December and are looking for a townhome / condo / or house to rent.

We are looking for a West Seattle (not White Center) OR Upper Queen Anne:
At least 1 bedroom plus den or larger
Bright and open layout, 800+ square feet
Updated kitchen and appliances and updated bathroom
Off-street parking, garage preferred
Private entrance
Washer and Dryer in unit
Within 1/2 mile to coffee shop(s)- or close by
A small yard or patio with grass area

We are a responsible married couple with a small dog- boston terrier, less than 20 lbs, well behaved
