Highly Reliable Renter who always pays rent on time seeking apartment in Bothell Area
WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR:
I am employed professional woman with a good company in Bothell. I want to save money by renting a studio or small one bedroom apartment - MUST HAVE Private Entrance and Bathroom:
Any type of unit okay such as: - Separate Mother-in-law unit Type - studio style cottage OR Unit attached to house okay with private entrance
I do not need a large kitchen or typical kitchen - I have a microwave and small fridge that can work for me as long as there is a sink in the unit such as in bathroom.
Do Not need laundry facilities.
Do Not need carpet since Im allergic, but a clean, recently shampooed carpet okay.
Have all my own furniture
Shower only is okay
One place to park my car
Redone attic or daylight basement (no flood zones) are fine with separate entrance
Not looking for roommates - I am really busy with work (sometimes work weekends and nights) and taking online courses at night on my computer
ABOUT ME:
I have two older cats (in house only) who are declawed and not destructive or noisey and will stay in my unit
I am quiet, private and very busy working and taking classes. I do Not take drugs, party, drink or invite people overnight to stay. Non-smoker.
I am 50ish, very clean and keep my apartments in excellent shape.
Respectful of my neighbors.
Looking for long-term! At least a year or more.
In other words, I am the perfect renter.
I have excellent local rental references with Equity and Archstone over last five years.
Can pay $600 including utilities (will put in my own phone line). I do not use a lot of utilities. My internet access is through phone line so wifi or other internet service Not necessary.
Please email me if you have a unit to rent at $600 or less beginning late November to December 1st.
