Artist Needs Live/Work space

Artist/craftsman in search of LEGAL (properly zoned and permitted for habitation) live/work space. I do not use volatile chemicals, but I do use some power tools. I am respectful of others needs, willing to partake in group chores without complaint, and always eager to collaborate on projects. Also capable of light construction and repair work in return for rent reduction. I am a non-smoker, and I love to cook. I have a well-behaved and playful indoor cat.

My Requirements:
- Space for a full bed and my desk, approx. 8x8 ft. total.
- Indoor work/studio space or access, at least 10x12 ft., and minimum 8 ft. ceiling (can be shared space, if large enough.)
- Kitchen access, (24hr access preferred; can even build my own w/all permits, if necessary.)
- My cat stays with me.
- Close to bus lines for my IATSE day job.

- My own tools
- Proof of Income
- Move-in money
- A helpful attitude
- Mad skills and an artists eye

Again- the space doesnt have to be pretty, just legal.
