26 year old guy looking for a room or apartment

Im a 26 year old male, planning to move to the Seattle area from out of state. Im looking to have something in place before I move out there. Im not too picky, looking for at least my own room and preferably my own bathroom but thats not a must. Someone wanting to rent out their basement, someone with an extra room in their house interested in making some extra money, someone with an apartment whose roommate moved out, anything like that... If youre also looking for a place and have a lead on a 2-bedroom apartment or something and need a roommate, that could work for me too. Id like something around $400 a month or so, and would prefer either a month-to-month thing or maybe a 3-month lease as Im not sure if Ill be staying in the area long-term.
Im very clean and quiet, and I dont smoke. Im pretty laid back and easy-going. Im not too picky about who Id live with, but Im not crazy about big parties, or dogs. I do have a few pet mice, which live in cages and dont run free.
So, let me know if youve got something that might work for me. Id like to move relatively soon, and would be heading out there within a few weeks of finding a place.
