Plan to relocate to Snohomish County when the sale of my house closes...around the beginning of January. Clean, easy going female. I plan to purchase another home but need a place to land while looking. Would prefer to pay one flat rate for bedroom, private bath and all utilities including wi-fi. Will consider house sharing. Im the perfect renter for someone selling their house....I know how to keep a place looking clean and presentable for realtors. I have been a home owner for 16 years so I have no recent rental history. Will also consider paying 3 months rent in advance for the right place.
