Me, my girlfriend, and our son are looking for a place to live up around Poulsbo RV in Kent, Preferably within 20-25 minutes or so. I have bad credit, and a JUVENILE criminal history from a somewhat troubled childhood. I can tell you exactly what it is, so, no, I will not pay an APP fee.
We are a very clean, intelligent couple with newborn son. I am 20, my girlfriend is 19, and our son is 12 days old. I am an RV Salesperson/Internet Guru for Poulsbo RV in Kent. I am, of course, willing to pay a deposit, hopefully less than $500 or so. I earn an excellent income from what I do, and have always paid my rent, car, necessary bills on time. When I turned 18 I thought it was "cool" to get credit cards, and now I am in the slow process of paying them off. That is why I have bad credit.
My rental history, however, is immaculate. Along with all other employment references.
I need a Two (2) Bedroom apartment, 1 or 2 bathrooms. 800 SQ FT+ is favorable. I would like it rather updated, as I take care of my things and dont want other peoples beat up carpet, appliances, etc... I really dont want to pay any more than $750 or so, but $1000 is my absolute maximum, unless the place is exceptional.
