Great roommate seeking nice, stable place in Seattle

Hi,

Im in my late 20s and a professional. I travel quite a bit and am looking for a nice place to call home. I prefer to live in the Ballard/Wallingford/Fremont area, but Im open for a nice place. I want to be in a place that isnt cluttered and has social roommates. Im gone most weeks and pay my rent on time. That means you only get 1/2 of a roommate while charging a full price.

I want to find a place that is clean and stable. Im not interested in moving into a house that is in foreclosure or that is run down. What Im willing to pay is flexible, but if something isnt fair market value, then Ill certainly let you know. Let me know what you have available. Please provide pictures and details about who lives there and why it is a great place to live.
