My Husband and I, are looking for a House to rent that our landlord wouldnt mind us fixing up. I studied interior design, and my husband has a background in construction and home improvements. Under $850 a month would be nice
What we bring as tenets:
-We are respectful to neighbors and property, you wont see over grown weeds, or loud parties with us.
-A very dependable income. My Husband works as a Supervisor for Costco, and I am a freelance designer and currently finishing my teaching certification
-We do not have kids, but we have a family, We have a very well behaved lazy lab, who doesnt bark, growl, or dig, and has experience with autistic children, hes more human then dog.
- We wont have you on speed dial, we are independent and if something needs fixed, we can do it, we dont need to bother you with every little problem
What we would like to rent:
-Tumwater or Olympia area
-A HOUSE with a Bedroom and a Bathroom, 1.2.3 bedroom, it doesnt really matter.
-Must have a full size kitchen, my husband is a unbelievable chef, and the kitchen is where we spend most of our time. It doesnt need to be huge, but big enough for both of us to be in there at the same time.
-Some sort of yard or property so our pup can stretch his legs.
-Someone looking for tenets to stay with them for awhile. We dont want to move around, we want to find a place and make it our home
