I am a 27 yr old, female, professional. My company is transferring me to the Seattle area at the end of November, and I would prefer to find a nice, comfortable home to share and take care of, in exchange for a more reasonable rental rate than I might find on my own! I am an experienced house-sitter/pet-sitter ( I love animals!) and thought maybe I could turn my experience and services into a win-win situation for us both; your home and/or pet is taken care of while you save money on house-sitters or pet-sitters, while I save money on rent!!! I have many references that I am happy to share.
A little more about me: I am single, so no permanent house-guests :) I am not a party-er - no house paries. And I do not do drugs of any kind. I do enjoy a good glass of wine, and good food! I do have a dog - Sunny Mae. She is an 8 yr old Lab/Greyhound mix. She is well behaved, house trained, and a total lover. She gets along well with other pups, and will be your best friend if you want as well! I am comfortable paying a pet deposit for her as well. I am extremely clean, neat and organized. I pay rent and bills on time, and I have a stable job! I do have furniture for my room, so I would prefer an unfurnished space. I also have additional furniture - couch, etc. - that I would only bring if necessary!!!
I know this is a unique idea, but I figured there might be someone out there that might see the benefit from an arrangment such as this - thought it was worth the try.
