We own 1/2 acre buildable in lot in the Marion Oaks area of Ocala Florida. Right in the heart of Florida Horse country. It is 1.5 hrs from Disney World, 1.25hrs to the gulf coast and 2 hrs to Ormond Beach/ Daytona on the East Coast.
We would love to swap it for lot or piece of property in the Westport, Forks, Willapa, Lapush areas. We would consider even a section/portion of your existing property
We are only interested in a straight swap, no money exchanged and we are not interested in using our property as a down payment for yours.
