We are a law-abiding motorcycle club that is looking for a space for a club house. We are hoping to find a business that needs some occasional help or some extra security on the weekends and evenings. We will do repairs and clean the place up. We would prefer to have someplace in the Bonney Lake, Orting, Sumner or Lake Tapps area, but will look at any offers.
This could also be a great opportunity for someone who has a vacant building or house and wants someone to occupy it and keep it up, until the market improves.
