We are looking for a large one bedroom apt. This is for me and my mother. We both have careers, not jobs. Weve paid our rent on time for the past 15 months where we are currently at. We are looking to move due to issues with the current property and management. We are both students and employed in the medical field, hence the reason for staying in First Hill/Capitol Hill which alows easy commute to work. We are quiet and do not have parties nor people over late at night. We are very clean and take pride in the way we live. We have no pets nor are there any young children living with us. The only issue is that we do not have good credit, but we have an impeckable rental history. We are AWESOME tenants. Looking to move in 1st of December. Please include pictures of unit. We are looking to pay no more than $800.00/month.
