I am searching for a site to live in my Yurt... well, actually its a wall-tent, but if you dont know what that is... its basically the European version of a yurt... you know, its kind of squarish.
Anyway, I am on vacation now and will be traveling until late spring at which time Id like to begin setting up the wall tent and settling in for the upcoming school year (Im a high school teacher...why am I on vacation now Long story.).
Im looking for a place that is relatively near my work. Other than that, I have few expectations. Id be paying rent, of course, for the use of the property and the amount can be negotiated based on whether or not Im provided with access to bathrooms, showers, etc. I imagine that there is someone out there with a big piece of property who would like to make a little money by renting a small corner of it to me.

If youre thinking that Ill be willing to pay much more than 300$ per month, then youre offer isnt for me. Also, Im willing to work out some kind of work trade agreement involving tutoring your kid (I teach math) or just some kind of manual labor (painting, maintenance work, grounds keeping, etc).
If youre not sure whether Id be interested in what you have to offer, send me an e-mail anyway and let me know what youre thinking. Ill let you know the approximate dimensions of the thing and what sort of building it entails (its not quite as impermanent as an RV, but its much less permanent than a house).
