I am a very responsible and reliable single woman looking for a short term housing. Will consider house/pet sitting, or work exchange, or a reasonably priced room rental.
My currrent housesitting job ends on November 12 and a new one begins on December 26. I have nothing lined up for the time in between because I have made myself available as caretaker to my 91 year old mom. That need is not materializing as soon as I had expected, so now I need a place to live.
My location preference is north Seattle, though I will consider anywhere in King Co. Only clean and safe situations will be considered. As to work trade, I would love to do errand running, child care, gardening, etc. in exchange. One week minimum.
I have many excellent, local references.
