Professional Couple Seeks Rental Beginning January or February

My girlfriend & I (quiet, young professional couple) are looking for a long term rental house, duplex or apartment in the following neighborhoods: U District, Ballard, Greenlake, Fremont, Wallingford, Phinney Ridge, Laurelhurst. We would also consider Greenwood, View Ridge, Wedgewood and Ravenna. We can move in anytime January or the first of February. Im a doctoral student at the UW and she works in public policy. We have letters from current sublease as well as previous landlords with great credit scores. We are looking for either 2 BR or a 1 BR with an office. One bathroom is fine but we would prefer 1.5. We are looking for a place in a quiet area, maybe a back yard for a BBQ in the summer, hardwood floors are a plus. Must have laundry facilities on site, can be shared, but we would prefer our own machines in the unit.

We have no kids, no pets, dont smoke, and dont have parties.

Please reply with pictures, cost of monthly rent, any deposits (especially if they are non-refundable) and list of utilities (if any) that would be our responsibility.
