My name is Annica, and Im looking for new accommodations. Including utilities I can afford $500/month. Currently Im paying $500/mo (inclu utilities, cable, internet, garage spot). My landlord has decided that he no longer wants to rent out rooms, since him & his girlfriend are getting more serious and want their own space. He has given us until the end of December to move, however, I would like to move by the end of November please.
Before contacting me, please make sure you meet the following criteria:
-GARAGE SPOT for my convertible (my daily driver) and a parking spot for a 2nd vehicle (I am car sitting for a year) - Please acknowledge this in your email to save us both from any miscommunications. Thank you. They are both hatchback cars.
-Overnight guests allowed, whether it be my mom, a boy or girl friend, or anyone else I would like as a guest (this is VERY infrequent, and it has happened up to 4 days at a time in the past, and usually not more than one night for a guest)
-Ample storage room, I have A LOT of stuff for a 26yr old, I aint gonna lie. I have a lot of outdoor gear because I volunteer with Snohomish County Search & Rescue. I also am an avid VW enthusiast, so I have car stuff around too.
Not "needs" per say, but it would be cool if:
-House is pet friendly with fenced yard
-More of a bonus if the house as a pet! (I dont have a pet, but I love animals, so Im basically a "free pet sitter" whenever needed)
-Nice workable kitchen (I love to cook & bake)
About me:
-Im a 26 yr old female, very professional, reliable and polite. I work full time, Monday thru Friday 9-5, your typical "office job" hours.
-I volunteer with Snohomish County Search and Rescue, so Im an outdoors girl.
-Im a VW/Audi enthusiast (and realistically all European cars), and go to quite a few car shows each year.

-I am a health conscious person, with eating and exercising, recycling and doing my part to reduce emissions by sometimes cycling to work.
As I do like to reduce my carbon footprint on the world, and cycle into work when its convenient, a home within 5 miles of Mill Creek Town Center would be ideal. Currently I live about 4 miles away from work, and its an awesome ride! Ive been thoroughly enjoying it, and would like to continue. Also, the 5 mile is most ideal because in the bad weather, I dont want a commute thatll take me over an hour by bus to achieve, if that could be the case.
Again, the NUMBER ONE thing Im looking for when I move is a GARAGE SPOT for my convertible. I am not able to afford to pay additional cost for a garage spot, so if you are asking for additional rent, then you will have to pass me up as your awesome future roomie! I drive a 1984 VW Rabbit convertible, so its a very small car, but it needs to be garage kept. I have a 2nd vehicle (GTI) for the next year as well - Im car sitting for my ex boyfriend while he is over seas in Kuwait. The 2nd car has no special parking requirements, other than that it is safe and needs to be driven about 2 times per week.
I do not have any pets currently, but I do love animals! So if there is a large dog or cat in the house, I will be very happy. I am not in a place in my life where I should get my own dog, so if I can borrow someone elses, itll do! I love big dogs (like dobermans and mastiffs), and cats; and I would be happy to sit for your animal(s) if you were on vacation.
I do have preferences of who I live with, for many reasons. I have had many roommates in the past, and not all of them have ended well, so I like to be forward about what Im looking for because I want an awesome living situation. Male or female doesnt matter. No more than 3 other people in the house is preferred. Preferably no kids, but if the kids are visiting like every other weekend, that could be ok. No cigarette smokers, Im allergic. I prefer to live with individuals between the ages of 22-35.
I prefer to rent a room in someones HOUSE with a YARD. No condos (unless its a condo thats a "house"). I have avoided apartments for the last 6 years, and Id like to keep it that way.
