I am a female in my early 30s, professionally employed. Im looking for a room to rent in a drama free house with housemates who share some common interests. I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, cycling, etc. I also enjoy cooking and sharing meals with family and friends (including housemates). I would prefer if the utilities were included with the rental price. I also prefer sharing a home with 1-2 other housemates, no more. Pets ok on a case-by-case basis.
