Room or apartment wanted

I am looking for a room or apartment available from February 2010. I am a non-smoking, drug-free, quiet and clean female student at a Houston area college.
I would prefer to live with students or working professionals.
*I am allergic to dog/cat fur and would prefer NOT to live in a house or apartment with dogs/cats*

I would like the room or apartment to have the following characteristics:

- Furnished (bed, desk, fridge, etc)
- Relatively large walk-in closet
- Relatively quiet location
- Electricity/water included
- Inside the loop
- My own bathroom
- No insect or spider problems
- Washer/dryer on-site, or within the house or apartment itself
