Looking for someone to share their home with me & 8 year old daughter

We desire to share a room. We are quiet people who love to read, meditate and do yoga. She desires a pool, mostly. Eventually, she desires a horse. I desire peace and quiet. She gets an allowance weekly, so we would have to decide what chores would be hers. We are clean people; we make our bed almost everyday. We both love to cook, so you would eat well. We do have a Lab/Golden Ret Mix. She is worried about not being able to bring Cocoa, but will deal with it if we cannot. Everybody wants Cocoa, very friendly dog. I work fulltime as a Professional Nanny. I do a couple of overnights a week, so we would stay at my clients home until morning. I work partime as a Spiritual Coach/Reader, so we stay pretty busy.
