My mom is 66 years old, single, very responsible and is moving to the Austin area in November.
She is a RN, very clean, no pets and is a non-smoker.
She is looking for a duplex, apartment or home to rent.
She is not interested in a room to rent because she has furniture and is use to living on her own.
